What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, social security number or Driver's License . You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
- To process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for
any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested).
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

THERE IS NO REFUND FOR NOT PROPERLY CANCELLING OR IF YOU HAVE NOT PASSED THE DDS EXAM DUE TO PERSONAL ERROR.
You are entitled to a refund on any driving lessons or packages, with proper cancellation notice, before instruction is given. A written request or email request for a refund is required 48 hours prior, to any scheduled service with the proof of payment (electronic or manual receipt), during office hours M-F 9:30am -6:30pm or through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Classic VIP Driving School, LLC. will issue a refund within 30 days of the request.
You will not be eligible for a full or partial refund once instruction on a driver's education course or driving package has been received. In addition, once vehicle rental for the road test has been provided, you will not be eligible for a full or partial refund.
(All services must be completed within 1 year of enrollment. After a year, fees paid will not be refundable and services will be forfeited.)
There are no refunds after course or lessons have started.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for driving lessons. Cancellations can be made only during our office hours M-F 9:30 am - 6:30 pm by calling 678-782-6633 or over email: email@example.com (during the office hours only) by providing: Students Name, Time of the lesson, and Contact Phone number(s). Sunday and Monday lessons must be canceled on Friday, during office hours, at the latest.
If proper notice is not given, a $30 per hour fee will be charged (or loss of the lessons, if package was purchased).
Students who are more than 15 minutes late for driving instruction will forfeit their lesson or be subject to the $30 per hour fee of the scheduled lesson. If a student does not appear for a scheduled lesson or does not have their permit (original)/glasses/contacts the $30 per hour charge or forfeit of the lesson applies.
No student will be allowed to start class or receive behind the wheel instruction without prior payment.
